Coach Bornn shares his 3, 4, 5, and 6 man pressures and the implementation of his base defense and then proceeds into his blitz packages. Coach shares his approach versus 10/11 personnel approach with the fact that he like to blitz upwards to 50% of the time against these types of offensive formations and the other 50% of the time will be using his 3, 4, and 6 man pressures. Coach provides bullet points and numerous illustrations to assist in explaining his approach.

Coach shares how defensive fire zones disrupt blocking schemes, and how it gains an advantage over bigger offensive linemen. This is an excellent presentation for understanding the installation of pressure schemes using the 3-4 defense.
