🏈Tag-Near foot up / palms down / 2 hands touch the hip
🏈Body Position- Near foot up/ elbows tight / hands in holster
🏈Tracking-Eyes to near hip / sprint to where he is at (not where he is going)
🏈Swoop-Sprint to near hip / 1-2 step shuffle keeping near foot up / continue to close
🏈All 11 in relentless pursuit

Used mostly when the ball is in an open space and your approach is from a direct angle.
