- Wrap up and accelerate your feet through the ball carrier.
- Hit with your stub, not your helmet.
- Keep feet running until the ball carrier is off the ground.
- A lot of tackling is desire and want to.
His teaching progression is part-part-whole.
Angle tackling is near foot, near shoulder.
The tackler brings his arms up and through in the drill, and accelerate the feet. The beginning of the finish is a one-legged takeoff.
In his drills, he adds footwork as well as wrap and finish to be able to get two things done at once.
