Coach Derby begins his presentation about the success over the years that Ouachita Baptist has experienced with ball security. Coach Derby provides actual game footage from the pistol and their ball security and attacking defenses with a hard downhill run. Coach discusses their term Ball Pocket which is used to secure the ball when running. This presentation provides excellent practice film with a variety of drills that helps secure handoffs and eliminating turnovers. This presentation also provides coaches with how they organize practice segments and ball security drills to assist any coach for implementing their ball security drills into their practices.
