The objectives of the jab series are:
- Get the OL to sit and shoot their hands
- Freeze his feet
- Execute the move by thinking “crossover” in basketball
- Set the stage for the Bite and Go and Jab Ole moves

The Fight Defined (Hips *& Hands)
The fight will be the move (or moves) that you use in order to defeat an OL and get to the QB. Your goal during this phase of the rush is where we create space.
