Almost every position on your team can compete in this drill!
Some of the one on one scenarios are:
- DB and Receiver man to man
- Running Back and Linebacker that will either be a pass rush or a pass coverage man to man
- Offensive lineman against a defensive lineman or a linebacker (anyone that plays on the edge of their defense. The offensive lineman has the option to reach block or pass set. The edge has to read by what the lineman does whether it is going to be a run or a pass.
