Handling Tempo through Practice Planning & 1-Word Calls

Coach Sanders begins his presentation by explaining in detail how fast tempo changed his program and approach around. Coach discuses in great detail his approach for team tempo both offense and defensively and the intensity level that his assistants must coach at to facilitate a fast tempo approach. Must be able to push for maximum reps and play replication, must think game like situations. Coach sanders shares his 3 simple things that his tempo approach is built around and it must be Coach Intensity, Play Calling Intensity, and Offense Intensity. This presentation provides the drills and organization bullet points to assist in understanding how fast tempo works.
