Coach Seaburg begins by explaining his 3 core plays which are Midline, Midline Follow, Inside Veer, and Outside Veer and showing actual gave film pictures of his multiple offensive formations. Coach uses actual practice film to explain his different offensive player alignments and techniques with reasons for running midline and midline follow which gives for a great perimeter plays which holds the inside defending the midpoint of the offensive formation and motion gives good control of the defensive adjusters. Coach Seaburg shares with the use of illustrations on how to install with rules versus multiple formations the midline and veer schemes in which helps in understanding Midline Triple option which is then followed by actual game film both from a sideline and end zone shots.
