Coach Steinberg shares his offensive philosophy based around physical play, shotgun no huddle fast tempo offense, wide splits, multiple formations, and few schemes. Coach Steinberg discusses how he wants to force defenses to cover the entire width and length of the field followed by pairing run and pass plays and running advanced quick game concepts. Coach shares his pure quick game and how he pairs the quick passing game with the run game which is based upon pre-snap RPO’s and Post snap RPO’s. Coach Steinberg shares his vocabulary for pre-snap decision terms. Coach Steinberg provides excellent illustrations and video to help understand his concepts.
