Quality Control during the off-season
- Evaluate your season (What did you do well and what do you need to improve?
- Evaluate your personnel (OL, QB, Types of RB’s).
- Adapt your scheme to fit the strengths of your players.
- Practice efficiency (Quality vs. Quantity).
- Build around your base runs (RPO, Play action, etc…).
- Consistency in running back play: Alignment, Landmark, Read, Steps, and Tempo.
