The drills are from Coach Greg Jones. He is currently an assistant at Central Missouri and has also been a head high school coach and a Power 5 assistant.

The two drills from the video are:
- No huddle full field play drive vs. air (5 yards per play)
- 4 ring circus (you could do 3 or 2 ring circus if you have a smaller squad)
Game night is a reflection of what you do in practice.
When they play uptempo, they have one word for the formation and one word for the play.
He believes in celebrating a touchdown as a team. They work hard all week to put themselves in a position. Their cheer is “1-2-3 Goal Rush”
