COMPETITIVE TEAM DRILLS
- Anything we do with a winner and loser.
- Winners get rewarded with no consequences.
- We score every practice, after EDD’s/Indy/Group.
- Scorekeeper can be a manager or injured player.
- Three types of scoring used:
- Full scoring
- Execution Scoring
- Assistant coach estimating
- Announce score after each drill.
- Announce after each rep in redzone, 4-min/2-min
- One pushup per point for losing side.
- Two days in a row, double-pushups.
- Winning team posted on social media.
