- Teach skills for special teams players that transfer to offense and defense. Show the players specific examples of where those skills transfer.
- Three Types of DrillsTechnique Drills–Designed to isolate movements and create muscle memory. The majority of drills that he runs are technique drills.Competitive Drills–Designed to see which players can apply techniques under duress.Game Simulation–These are team reps, or live for 10 reps. Shows which players can put it all together.
- Types of Drill Work|PODS–Allow for maximum reps from consistent spots on the field.Circuit–Coaches only have to run one drill the entire period.Indy Groups–Positionspecific works for units.
