Coach Nightingale enters his second season as the Defensive Coordinator in the 2020 season, Wheaton finished the season ranked first in Division III in scoring defense in his first season as DC and Nightingale was named a Finalist for the FootballScoop.com Division III Assistant Coach of the Year.
The purpose of this post is not to say that you should do the drills exactly as they do, but that they hopefully will give you some ideas for drills to use to teach and rehearse your coaching points for your team.
