Coach Lee discusses his teams approach by sharing Tempo, Huddle, Snap Count, and Get-offs. Coach shares how he huddles his offense which is set by the center and discusses the quickness by which he wants his team getting to the line of scrimmage once the huddle is broken. To facilitate tempo Coach Lee explains his snap count which is a verbal “Go” and never has to be said in the huddle because its automatic to the scheme followed by get-offs and his expectations for expediting the play called. For those coaches who are exploring adding tempo to their offense for the first time this video by Coach Lee is well explained by his use of the white board.
